Before uninstalling

Uninstalling revokes PackLock's access immediately. Shopify keeps any active Holds, but a merchant can still release them from the order in admin.

Where did my orders go?

A held order leaves Shopify's Unfulfilled list until its Pack Check is complete. In bulk label purchase, Shopify may say the order "doesn't have items that need fulfillment" or silently omit it. This is the Hold working.

Open PackLock or the Station Link, tick every physical item, then select Complete and release. The order returns to normal fulfilment and label tools.

Merchant Override

A merchant can always open the order's On hold section in Shopify admin and select Release hold. PackLock records that Override and does not place the same Hold again.
